I bought a Microwave of GODREJ Model # GMC17E07WHGX from HOMESHOP18 which was delivered on 26.5.2009. At the time of delivery we were told that official person from GODREJ will visit to your place within next 3 / 4 days for the DEMO, but till date no one is turned up. Please look into the matter and send some one.
Secondly, starter kit given with micrwave oven are of inferior quality. Within next 3 days it got damaged due to heat. Since last so many year we beleive in Godrej product, but this time we really disappointed your services and product quality.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND AWAITING YOUR POSITIVE REPLY.

i have taken microwave oven in pune, rajgurunagar before 3 year Model is GMG 25A about 2 year the oven is not in working, the rolling ring is burned i complained to custmor care many times no response from customer care so please do neccessary action to repair oven

I had bought a microvae in last july.And since last three months from 11th may.Its not working properly.I had raised the complaint for same and a person came to see that the request no for same is 192416.from that working days its not working no engineer know what the fault in that i had talked to Mr.Arora service manager of west delhi for the same in 15 th july.He assured me that it will be done.But after that i am trying his phone but not picking my phone.I cant understand how a company like godrej can take 3 months time to resolve a issue.totally disappointing with the service.

I bought a 25 ltr microwave from Great Eastern Technocity, Lansdown Kolkata on 14.08.2011. Your Demo Engineer tuned up on 24.08.2011 that to on complaining for the demonstration. During the demonstration it was noticed that the microwave was badly damaged hence the concerned Engineer recommended for replacement of the same. More than 10 days have elasped but nothing has been done. I have contacted both the vendor as well as your customer care but to my surprise again & again a new number is given to me which ends up in no reply. I am compelled to develop a very bad feeling against your company. The persons, whom your company has employed are totally irresponsible, unresponsive & incompetent when compared with other company personnels. This is bringing a very bad repute to your company & it is high time to act against these erring staff to save the prestige of your company which has been earned by dent of hard work of dedicated staff.
However my plan to gift that microwave has failed beacuse of the inordinate delay from your end and I can only hope that some stern action may be taken against the erring staff to fix this problem. Nothing but not the least your company is earning a bad repute.
